Sharing is caring!

How to find high-paying jobs with no experience — Over the past few days, this has been the most common question that has come up in my DM, email, and comment section of my blogs.

After receiving the same question from many of my readers, I decided to put all my 7 years of experience in working with several companies and getting hundreds of job offers.

Most importantly, I have also shared a list of entry-level, high-paying jobs with no experience that you can easily apply for and land your dream job.

So make sure you bookmark this post and read it till the end.

Key Factors for getting high paying jobs

First, I know that finding a job with no experience is one of the most challenging tasks as most companies prefer to hire people who have years of experience, and there are many reasons behind this, such as

  • It takes less effort to train an experienced professional
  • It saves the costs of the company for buying any courses
  • It helps the companies to get the best quality of work

But don’t worry; once you understand the key factors that hiring managers see before hiring, you will crack the game and land your dream without too much effort.

Here is the list of factors you need to consider to get jobs that require no experience but pay well.

Establish Yourself as a Brand

Have you thought about how you will stand out from the crowd where millions of people apply for the same jobs?

The simple answer is to establish yourself as a brand; now, you may be wondering what that means.

So let me explain to you the simplest language

Establishing yourself as a brand refers to creating content for a specific group of audience on any single platform and establishing yourself as an expert by sharing quality content, and you can choose any of the platforms

  • Linkedin
  • Twitter
  • Instagram
  • Medium
  • Youtube

To be honest, many of my friends use the exact same things to get their dream jobs, as creating content helps recruiters learn more about your personality and the level of expertise you have about a particular subject.

Create some dummy projects

Another important thing you need to do to increase your chances of getting hired is to create a dummy project, as it is proof to the recruiter to trust your ability to do the work for their companies.

The good news is that very few put this much effort into getting the job, and if you can put effort and create some dummy, you will already stand out from the crowd.

Here is the list of the projects that you can create as per the job requirement

  • Content writer – Create some free samples on medium
  • Video editors – Edit some videos of the other people
  • Graphics – Design some graphics for the company
  • Copywriter – write some copy for their webpages

And many more, but overall, it is the good method of increasing your chances of getting, and I can assure you that investing time in creating some dummy is really worth it in my experience.

Research about the company

In my career as a digital marketer, I got the opportunity to hire many people, and one thing that I can say confidently is that 90 % of the people who apply for the job never researched about the company where they failed and were not able to crack the jobs.

If you don’t want to join this crowd, you need to invest your time in researching the company. Here is a list of the things that you need to do.

  • What are the products or services you offer?
  • How many people work for the company?
  • Who are their top competitor?
  • How are they generating revenue?
  • How can you add value to the company?

These are the basics that you need to research before you decide to apply to any company.

Understand their requirement

Before clicking on the apply button and submitting your resume to any of the companies, the first thing that you need to do is understand the requirements of the company, which simply means reading the job descriptions carefully,

  • Do you have the mentioned skills?
  • Do you have the experience of using the tools?
  • Do you have the dummy project as per the job descriptions?

These are the basics you need to check on the job descriptions before applying. You can also apply to companies that are hiring experienced professionals, especially when you have created a dummy project related to the work.

Now that you have an understanding of the key factors you need to keep in mind to get high-paying jobs let’s move into the next section and find easy jobs that pay well without experience.

Indeed

From my experience of applying to multiple jobs on Indeed, I have found that they are fulfilled by expectation.

One of the best things that I like about Indeed is that it covers various industries and has the largest database of companies, which means that finding jobs on this platform is easier than on other platforms.

LinkedIn Job Search

It’s the best platform I have used; specifically, I have landed more than 20 job offers using this site.

The best part of this platform is that you can directly connect with the recruiter and send them personalized notes. I have personally used this method and landed multiple job offers.

To get started using this platform for job search, you need to create an account, which requires the basic details.

Naukri.com

It is the most used app and website for jobs, and this is the perfect platform for the beginner. Still, from my experience, I found it challenging to land a job using this platform as you need to buy their paid subscriptions to get access to the right company and recruiters.

However, many of my friends have also taken their paid subscription and found it useful for landing jobs. If you have the budget, you can also go for it.
